Nope. City Homes Cover is not an "insurance" provider. The main goal behind City Homes Cover is to give you access to the guys who the insurance companies go to for the most important part of the whole process, which is the repair of your gas boiler central heating & plumbing. Being covered by us means you have no lengthy waiting times for insurance underwriter approvals. You are covered directly by the experts.

You can report a breakdown 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To report a fault, all of our customers will have access to a secure "report a fault" page.

After Login fill out the report a fault form.

The Same Day one of the team or engineers will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.

You can make a claim after 24 hours of signing up with us. however, to deter people from signing up with us with pre-existing boiler central heating & plumbing faults only to make a quick claim we have a claim limit of Max £150 for the first 30 days. After 30 days you will be covered for up to £1000 in claim costs.

There may be times where a boiler is beyond economical repair. This can be due to parts being obsolete (not manufactured any longer) or the boiler just simply needs to be replaced. In these circumstances, all our customers on the Full Cover Plan qualify for £400 towards new boiler install offer. T&C's apply. See Full terms & Conditions >>
